You will be part of a dynamic team of skilled Commvault colleagues, expected to keep your skills and qualifications up to date through SoftwareONE’s generous training programme. These skills will extend beyond Commvault to include Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services.

Das Aufgabengebiet

you are going to...

 

...provide technical support for issues raised by our Backup Customers and BackUp Systems across a broad
   scope of Hybrid Cloud environments (i.e. on-premise, Microsoft Azure and AWS)

 

...work on our Managed Hosted Commvault service providing a key level of support to ensure our
   customer's business remains stable

 

...provide soultions to incidents and complete requests, which is escalated to you by your

    colleagues from the 1st Level support

 

...drive effeiciencies into our servies by developing standard operating procedures to enable

    colleagues to improve the rate of ticket solving

 

...escalate requests to the 3rd Level Support or Commvault if required

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

you have...

 

...a minimum of 2 years experience working with Commvault or antoher

   Enterprise Class Backup product

 

...the ability to understand core IT Infrastructure, including TCP Networking, DNS,

   Storage and Virtualisation

 

...certifications for AWS (Amazon Web Service) and / or Microsoft Azure

 

...experience in managing and configuring server backup policies, schedules and retention plans

 

...the ability to create basic scripts in at least one of the following is desirable

  • Python
  • BASH
  • Powershell     

...experience with ITIL Fundation Level certified, working on ticket based systems,

    and operationg systems

 

...a high motivation and you are results oriented, you are a good listner and customer focussed 

 

...a desire to lear new technologies and good communication skills

 

...excellent German language skills
