Das Aufgabengebiet

In this Senior Level role you will have a major impact in supporting and delivering on the Unifield Communication Services for our large and enterprise client environments, with a special focus on Skype for Business Solutions.

Your challenges and responsibilities:

With a special focus on the delivery of Skype for Business Services, you will

  • Configure, deploy, and implement Skype for Business /Skype for Business chat, media, voice and video capabilities. Day to day trouble-shooting on existing insallations with customers with tickets system
  • Coordinate and collaborate with business application stakeholders and infrastructure teams to ensure successful deployment integration, and implementation
  • Make recommendations for training documentation; produce and maintain approved documentation
  • Conduct analysis to capability gaps and deficiencies
  • Identify training approach to address capability gaps and deficiencies. Provide informal training to assist end users in understanding how Skype for Business can be applied to enhance operations
  • Plan, document, coordinate, and implement technical training activities
  • Provide Tier II and Tier III level technical support to end-users and serve as subject matter expert to resolve a variety of Skype for Business issues
  • Other duties as assigned

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

You have a few years of relevant experience in Systems Engineering in the field of Unified Communication (UC), especially with Skype for Business.

Your Background:

  • Master or bachelor in IT or a related field or similar education 
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience is required for this role
  • Distinct interest in Modern Workplace IT solutions and services
  • Excellent verbal and writing skills in English (our corporate language) and at least good German.
    Any other language is a benefit
  • Analytical, process oriented and pragmatic thinking as well as self-contained and structured working attitude
  • Great knowledge of Systems, like MS-Office - including excel, power point and word as well as affinity for new IT solutions
  • Open, communicative and motivated personality with fast intellectual grasp who is looking forward to work in an international environment
